The eluate shows the presence of only one maternal antibody: anti-c. The antibody appears to require a double dose of the c antigen to react, i.e., it reacts with DcE/DcE and dce/dce cells but not with the one example of dCe/dce cells tested.
Anti-c is consistent with causing HDN as the infant types as probable R1r (DCe/dce) Jk(a-).
