What is the expected drop in hemoglobin in Rh positive patients receiving intravenous RhIG?

After receiving IV RhIG , hemoglobin levels may drop from 14g/L to 25 to 30 g/L and sometimes as much as 45 g/L.
 
Hemoglobin decreases of greater than 30 g/L should be investigated as possible adverse effects to RhIG.
